this collection of pieces was an exorcise in painting on different materials in which we had to collect 15 different materials from our day to day life and paint the same abstraction of an object across all 3 and display them together

this college of materials was formed into a sculpture to reflect on the smoking culture of the 50’s/60’s the head is covered in cut outs of mouths and the crown is made is made of hand painted and rolled cigarette replicas
